WHMCS Module Bundles FAQ

WHMCS Module Bundles are crafted sets of ModulesGarden products grouped by business purpose to maximize feature compatibility and reduce costs.

Instead of purchasing each module separately, you get access to an entire suite tailored for specific workflows such as hosting account provisioning, VPS management, sales optimization, or client communication.
These bundles are available under convenient monthly pricing, making them a flexible and budget-conscious alternative for businesses of all sizes.

1. What exactly is a WHMCS Module Bundle?
WHMCS Module Bundles are carefully prepared sets of ModulesGarden products grouped by use case and sold as a single monthly subscription.
Each bundle is designed to enhance specific business workflows and offer better value than purchasing modules individually.
2. How do WHMCS Module Bundles differ from buying individual modules?
While the modules themselves are identical, bundles offer significantly lower pricing and additional benefits from uninterrupted integration between products designed to work together.
3. Will the modules in a bundle work together without conflicts?
Yes, all modules within a bundle are tested for compatibility with one another.
If you plan to use more than one bundle, please refer to each module’s documentation to verify any missing cross-bundle integrations or get in touch with our support team.
4. What happens if I already own a module that's included in a bundle?
You will own two separate licenses. We recommend canceling your existing license to avoid duplicate payments.
5. Are all modules from a single bundle compatible with the same WHMCS version?
Yes, we maintain compatibility with the latest stable WHMCS releases. However, since updates are delivered per module, please ensure all modules from your bundle are confirmed compatible before upgrading WHMCS.

Bundle Customization & Flexibility

1. Can I customize a bundle by switching or removing modules?
Bundles are fixed and cannot be customized. When you purchase a bundle, you receive all the included modules with a recurring discount.
While you are not obligated to install every module, we encourage you to take full advantage of what is offered.
2. What if I don’t need all the modules in a bundle, can I pay less?
If you require fewer modules, you can purchase them individually. However, we recommend comparing prices first. Bundles often deliver better value even if you do not plan to use every included module.
3. Will new modules be added to bundles over time?
We continuously evaluate our bundles. If you are convinced a bundle would benefit from an additional module, please share your suggestion. We genuinely value all feedback.

Licensing & Billing

1. Are bundles available as monthly, annual and owned licenses?
Bundles are offered exclusively under monthly billing.
2. Does the discount apply to future renewals as well?
Yes, the discounted bundle price is recurring and will be applied automatically to each monthly renewal.
3. How does billing work for module bundles?
Bundles are billed monthly via a single invoice.
We recommend setting up a recurring payment in your payment gateway to avoid service disruption, as we do not initiate subscriptions automatically.
4. Can I pay for just one module from a bundle?
Bundles are billed as complete products. Each monthly invoice will cover all included modules.
5. Can I use the modules in a bundle on multiple WHMCS installations?
Just like individual module licenses, except for the Open Source versions, a bundle is valid for a single WHMCS instance.
However, we can provide a free development license of each module upon request, which you can use in a separate environment.
6. Can I cancel a module from a bundle?
Canceling any module in a bundle results in the cancellation of the entire bundle.
7. Can I renew only some modules in the bundle?
Renewals are processed for the entire bundle. Individual module renewals are not available.
8. Can I get a refund for a bundle?
Yes, we guarantee a full refund to your account in the form of lifetime valid credits during the first 30 days from the moment of the original purchase.
9. I'd like to upgrade one of my bundled modules to the Open Source version, how does that work?
You can easily upgrade a selected module directly from the client area by following the steps in this friendly guide. Alternatively, feel free to open a support ticket and we'll walk you through it.
Please note that once the upgrade is completed, your bundle subscription will be deactivated. If you'd like to continue using other modules from the bundle, make sure to order separate licenses for them.

Trial & Installation

1. Do I need to configure each module individually?
Each module must be installed and configured individually. Please follow the documentation provided for each one.
2. Can I try a bundle before committing to a subscription?
We do not offer bundle trials, but each module in the bundle may be tested individually with a 7-day free trial license.
You can request trials for multiple modules at once and decide later whether to go for a bundle subscription.

Support & Maintenance

1. Do I still get access to updates and support for all included modules?
Yes. As long as your bundle subscription is active and paid, you retain full access to updates and technical support for all included modules.
2. Is technical support included in the bundle price?
Yes, our multi-level technical support is included with your monthly bundle subscription.
3. How are updates handled for the modules included in the bundle?
Updates are released per individual module included in the bundle.
To stay informed about new versions, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter, activating ModulesGarden Widget, visiting our client area, following our social media, and checking the changelogs of specific modules regularly.
4. Can I manage the bundle from your client area like individual modules?
Each module in the bundle comes with its own license and is managed separately in the client area, just like the regular products with annual billing.
